3.Any items unpaid before the next dayAfterthe auction will be closed and will be relisted at the next auction, we do not hold items without payment. to avoid losing your items, please contact Rachel the day after the auction ends. If you wish to pay with cash or another card, you can do so before 17.00 the day after the end of the auction.

4Our opening hours are 10.00-17.00, see overview of closing time and date, planned collection date and time is set to be removedthe day after the end of the auction, we are closed on Sunday, if you win items on Saturday or Sunday, the auction will be removed day on Monday. If you win the auction on a Friday evening, the moving day is Saturday.

5.Auction cancellation, you have 24-48 hours to collect the items after the auction ends, if you cannot do so within this time, please contact us. Failure to communicate will result in the item being immediately returned to auction.

Payment:The standard credit card registered to your account will be charged immediately after the auction closes. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to claim goods without payment.Regardless of pickup location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) after the auction closes. If invoice payment arrangements have not been made by then, you authorize your card on file to be charged the total invoice amount plus a $25.00 late payment fee. Any late charges will not be removed from the invoice after they are added.

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or do not collect your goods at the scheduled collection time, you may be charged. Repeated failure to pay or claim goods will result in permanent ban from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and will not be tolerated.

Get better:If you cannot collect your goods within the agreed collection times, please do not bid. By bidding on an Equip-Bid, you are legally obligated to collect all winnings and agree to have them removed from the auction site. You must make an agreement on the invoice page to claim your winnings.Call, text or email your partner for more information on how to collect multiple auctions at once.

If you do not collect your winnings within the above time limit, the goods will be collectedre-auctioned and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loading times have expired. Items may be held for up to 5 days at bidder's request for a $50 holding fee. This fee is separate from the late collection fee.Regardless of how goods are stored, all invoices must be paid at the end of a regular scheduled move. You are still responsible for paying for the goods and will be charged to the standard registered credit card whether or not you have collected the goods.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for their items and picked them up, they become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from this point, including at the point of sale.

Returns:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work or is missing parts and is not listed as such in the description, you can apply for a refund.Please call the partner within 3 days of collection to request a refund. Items must be returned within 2 business days of submitting a return request before a refund can be issued.Please note that returns are processed as soon as they are received, but it takes 4 to 12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-free purchases:Tax Exemption forms must be provided to each Independent Partner - Tax Exempt status is not stored in the Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-free purchasePEAK.
