Buyer's premium text
A 16% BUYER BONUS will be added to the price of all purchases. If the buyer pays by cash or cashier's check, we waive the 2% buyer's bonus, which is 14%.
For example, if you buy an item for $100, the actual price of the item will be $116 if you pay by credit card. If you pay by cash or cashier's check, the total will be $114 with a 2% discount.
Payment types

(NOTE: The 2% discount on the buyer's premium applies only when paying the invoice by cash or cashier's check. This discount does not apply to credit card payments.)
Credit cards will be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise noted. You must have a free balance on your credit card for online purchases. When the auction has ended, you will receive an email with an overview of your winnings.

Time of deletion / No deletion
All items purchased at regular online auctions must be paid for and collected within 7 days of the auction date. All items regularly listed in online auctions are in our warehouse at 1503 N Main St, Crown Point IN 46307. All items not paid for AND not picked up will be relisted regardless of payment. All relisted items are subject to a 30% restocking fee!
If for any reason the buyer fails to remove the purchase within the specified time, the auction company has the right, but not the obligation, at its discretion to resell, remove or remove and store the said purchase at the buyer's own risk and (storage costs will be charged - for each day - per item - other additional costs), without waiving any rights the auction company or the seller may have against the buyer. Storage fees are borne by the buyer (after the deletion period). If purchases are not removed within 7 days, these items will be considered abandoned and the auction company reserves the right to relist/resell any such items deemed abandoned or repossessed once the invoice is paid in full, but will not be completely removed from the auction site within 7 days of the date of the auction.

Storage Fees / Replenishment Fees
All goods must be collected within 7 calendar days. Due to lack of space, no storage space is available. All items not picked up after 7 days will be returned to stock and a 30% restocking fee will apply!
Auction Co. RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge any credit card on file with your account up to 30% as a non-refundable replenishment fee (minimum $25.00 fee) based on the total purchase price during the auction or immediately after the auction. A non-refundable restocking fee ($25.00 minimum fee) will be charged when invoices are not paid in full within 7 days of the auction date. Please note that the purchase price is the sum of the offer price, buyer's surcharge, buyer's fee and any VAT. During this time, all items are considered abandoned and/or taken over by the auction company. The auction company reserves the right to relist/resell any items deemed abandoned or repossessed if the invoice is not paid in full and removed completely from the auction site within 7 days of the end of the auction. We do not accept partial payments. Invoices must be paid in full. All payments must be made in US funds.

Example - The item is auctioned at 19.55. The auction is scheduled for 8 p.m. Once this offer has been submitted, the end time is automatically extended to 20:05. When the next bid is submitted at 8.01, the auction is extended until 20.10. This will give the bidder 9 minutes to submit a new bid. If no bids are submitted, the auction ends at 20:10. Forklift and loading bay
Due to liability, we do not load any items into the customer's vehicle. However, we deliver the goods to your vehicle. We do not have a loading ramp.
Cleaning and leaving litter
DO NOT leave empty boxes or other packaging. It is your responsibility to take them with you and dispose of them. A fee of $20.00 will be charged to your account for trash left behind
